Instiglio is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in Kampala, focusing on Results-Based Financing and performance management in the rural safe water sector.

In Short

• Lead project execution and team management.
• Design financial vehicles and performance management strategies.
• Engage with government stakeholders and manage relationships.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in international development or consulting.
• Experience with Results-Based Financing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Uganda context is essential.
• Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in team management.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
