Program Analyst, Legal Compliance - Remote

Overview

Instacart is hiring a Program Analyst, Legal Compliance Program to support the Legal Risk and Compliance function and the systems and workflows that enable the compliance program to be visible, efficient and effective. You will focus on execution, data analysis, tooling support, reporting, documentation, and workflow upkeep across the Risk and Compliance teams.

In Short

• Support compliance program execution and ad hoc workflows across legal requests.
• Provide day-to-day support for intake questions and workflow issues.
• Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor organizational compliance.
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support analysis of workflow performance and track process improvements.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation and training materials.
• Assist with project support and tracking of tasks and deliverables.
• Use AI-enabled tools for documentation work.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance programs or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience with compliance documentation and standards.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
