Overview

Anchorage Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical compliance professional to join our Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Program & Analytics team. This role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs across Anchorage Digital entities, focusing on financial crime risk management through data analysis.

In Short

  • Design and enhance BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs.
  • Conduct data analytics to identify financial crime risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance processes.
  • Develop management reporting and dashboards for compliance oversight.
  • Ensure compliance tools are effective and tailored to product risks.
  • Maintain foundational compliance policies and procedures.
  • Participate in risk assessments and coverage assessments.
  • Communicate compliance issues and remediation activities effectively.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and money laundering typologies.
  • General understanding of OFAC regulations.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
