Overview

Inspire Veterinary Partners is in search of a legal expert to provide retained (contracted) services in Securities & Corporate Legal matters, ensuring compliance with securities laws while supporting business strategy and growth.

In Short

• Provide legal guidance on securities law compliance and corporate governance.
• Advise on SEC regulations and public company reporting requirements.
• Draft and review legal documents, including SEC filings.
• Support corporate governance matters and business law compliance.
• Assist in structuring financial transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior management on compliance documentation.
• Provide support for equity and debt financing transactions.
• Represent the company in communications with regulatory bodies.
• Work remotely as an independent contractor.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law and securities regulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with public offerings and corporate governance.
• Membership in professional organizations preferred.
• Courses in securities law and financial regulation are beneficial.
• Work location within the Eastern Time zone preferred.
• Current with developments in securities law through continuing education.
