Learning & Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Learning & Development Coordinator to join our global Learning & Development team. This role will coordinate training programs, support organization-wide learning initiatives, and help create a culture of continuous improvement and professional development across all levels of insightsoftware.

In Short

• Coordinate logistics for live, virtual training sessions in APAC.
• Produce live training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
• Support in-person regional training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate to create and update learning content.
• Maintain training records and provide analytics on activities.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions.
• Create assessments in Questionmark tool for LMS.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
• Organize and monitor L&D Team processes documentation.
• Answer employee inquiries in JIRA ticketing system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator in HR or Learning and Development.
• 1+ years' experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
