In Short

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding
• Utilize various channels to find qualified candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals
• Collaborate with management and the Recruiting Coordinator to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate interview times between candidates and hiring managers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in IT roles (cybersecurity recruitment experience is a strong plus), preferably in a remote setting
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, while being a proactive team player
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms
