Junior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Junior Recruiter at New Charter Technologies is a critical member of the Central Recruiting team, responsible for providing high-quality, hands-on support throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role partners closely with Recruiters and the Recruiting Manager to execute job postings, source talent, support candidate engagement, maintain pipeline reporting, and contribute to recruiting operations and training efforts.

• Assist with job postings and formatting across platforms.
• Maintain and update requisitions in Workday.
• Support scheduling and coordination of interviews.
• Prepare structured interview kits for the recruiting team.
• Assist with employer branding and job posting accuracy.
• Build and maintain targeted candidate campaigns.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and present shortlists.
• Track sourcing performance and optimize outreach.
• Coordinate rejection messaging and follow-up communication.
• Enhance candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a recruiting coordination or support role.
• Knowledgeable in recruiting best practices.
• Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Interest in recruiting technology and process improvement.
