Overview

The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our sales team and manage our CRM system in a full-time remote role focused on maintaining smooth sales operations and improving communication flow.

In Short

  • Administer and maintain the Builder Prime CRM system
  • Coordinate daily check-ins with the sales team
  • Monitor sales checklists and documentation
  • Assist with appointment setting and follow-ups
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Preferred college degree
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Builder Prime is a plus)
