Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Contract Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of order forms and contracts for cybersecurity training and certification courses offered to corporate clients.

In Short

• Draft and customize orders for clients purchasing cybersecurity training and certification services.
• Work closely with the Legal team to ensure contracts meet all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate terms with clients.
• Support vendor form completion and registration into customer payment portals.
• Review non-disclosure agreements and codes of conduct.
• Ensure contracts are entered and invoiced accurately in the accounting system.
• Handle the renewal, amendment, and extension of contracts as required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in contact management software (SalesForce or similar).
• Knowledge of UK and US accounting standards.
• Experience in drafting and managing contracts, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
