Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Admin Assistant to help manage patient communication, scheduling, and administrative support.

In Short

  • Part-time position with potential for full-time.
  • 5 hours/day work schedule (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET).
  • Manage patient registration and intake coordination.
  • Handle insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails using Tebra EMR and Google Voice.
  • Maintain accurate daily schedules and census updates.
  • Support efficient patient communication with empathy and discretion.
  • Assist with AI-supported documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in a medical or mental health setting is highly preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Calm, compassionate, and understanding when working with mental health patients.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted documentation tools.
  • Proactive and adaptable as the practice scales.
