Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager for Shipping Platforms will lead and manage multiple teams of engineers to drive innovation and continuous improvement in application design and development while ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Lead and manage 3-4 teams of engineers working with Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kubernetes, React, and PHP.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kubernetes, React, and PHP.
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
• Professional level of English (B2 min.).
• Experience with people management tasks.
• Ability to set and deliver on goals.
• Experience in fast-moving environments.
• Technical background in software design for large-scale systems.
• Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.
