• Drive the next phase of growth for InPost Group’s global design system.
• Audit the current design system and set a future vision.
• Ensure scalability across multiple brands, languages, and markets.
• Design and build new components hands-on.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and designers.
• Maintain and evolve design documentation.
• Embed accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the design system to drive internal adoption.
• Define success metrics to measure adoption and maturity.
• Work from the office or 100% remotely.

Requirements

• Experience leading the creation and scaling of an enterprise-class design system.
• Understanding of design tokens and component architecture.
• Ability to coordinate between design and engineering teams.
• Experience with metrics and KPIs for tracking design system usage.
• Hands-on UI design experience with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
