Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors HR Functional Consultant at InPost Group, you will support system users, manage incidents, and ensure optimal HR process integration with SuccessFactors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in SuccessFactors implementation or development projects.
• Experience in system maintenance and incident management.
• Practical experience in HR process analysis.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
