Overview

As a Senior Designer on the Design System at Careem, you will help drive the evolution of the company's design language, ensuring seamless, scalable, and user-centred experiences across digital platforms.

• Own and contribute to the development and iteration of Careem's design system.
• Define and implement scalable design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with 3-4 years focused on design systems.
• Proven track record of implementing and scaling design systems.
• Strong experience in system thinking and component design.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, etc.).
• Understanding of front-end technologies.
• Experience with design tokens and systematic approaches to design.
