Requirements

• BA or MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in data engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare data.
• 3+ years in an agile environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to optimize data engineering processes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
