Overview

The Support Specialist assists Inogen in ensuring that the equipment placed in the client's home meets the Patient's clinical needs. The primary focus for the Support Specialist is to support the local Referral Development Manager (RDM).

In Short

• Pick up and deliver respiratory equipment to patients.
• Assemble, set up, inspect, and test equipment.
• Gather customer information and fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain high-quality customer care.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries and pickups.
• Operate a non-commercial vehicle for deliveries.
• Work after-hours and on-call, including weekends.
• Facilitate credit card payments.
• Comply with company policies.
• Maintain punctual attendance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in home medical equipment delivery.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
