Quality Assurance Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Quality Assurance Assistant provides daily support in the management of training files and other administrative tasks related to the quality systems and third-party audits/inspections.

• Manage training files of employees and GxP consultants.
• Perform regular follow-ups for corporate training compliance.
• Schedule corporate and departmental training.
• Assist in planning and setup of third-party audits.
• Prepare documents supporting quality systems aspects.
• Help organize departmental documentation.
• Support requests during audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High-school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the pharma or research industry is an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and meticulous.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment and multi-task.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• English, written and spoken.
