Overview

The Senior Director will engage with senior level executives to develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate activities with pharmaceutical partners, focusing on relationship management across various therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Proven sales management and strategic consulting skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience with GPO contracting and health system dynamics
• Ability to travel at least 35%
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and therapeutic areas
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
