Overview

The Director of 340B Customer Engagement will lead efforts to enhance customer retention and support operational implementation for Cencora’s 340B corporate partner portfolio. This role involves collaboration with various teams to present value to customers and ensure successful execution of the 340B Enterprise Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• 5 years of experience in 340B contract pharmacy operations.
• Competent knowledge of retail and specialty Rx industries.
• Advanced expertise in 340B operations.
• Experience with customer relationship management tools.
