Overview

The Professional Inside Sales Representative at Ingram Micro will focus on selling and renewing technology products and services through various communication channels, while maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners.

In Short

  • Sell or renew products/services via telephone or electronic means.
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling.
  • Focus on lead qualification and prospecting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitive posture.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
  • Support backend activities such as order processing and quotation generation.
  • May act as the sole sales representative for assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and growing the existing base.
  • Willing to work onsite for 10 days per month in a hybrid setup.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
  • Experience in Account Management (Prospecting, Profiling, Upselling).
  • Customer service experience, preferably in BPO/Tech industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on dayshift.
