Overview

The Outside Sales Representative/Sales Professional is responsible for driving growth in sales and customer base while promoting the entire line of NAPA products to wholesale customers.

In Short

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores.
• Promote NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop plans to increase sales with local Store Manager.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA offerings.
• Engage customers through eSales programs.
• Perform educational seminars on NAPA product lines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and solve issues effectively.
• Prior experience in retail or outside sales required.
• 2+ years in a customer-focused role in a quota-driven environment.
• Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Background in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
