Overview

The Vice President of Sales, SupplySide brings a trusted voice to the H&N leadership team in defining and executing sales strategies, agreeing revenue targets and budgets, and assessing customer insights.

In Short

  • Compensation range: $120,000 to $140,000 USD (experience-dependent) plus commission
  • Application deadline: June 5, 2025
  • Location: Preferred in Phoenix or Boulder, with hybrid options available from any Informa Office
  • Accountable for event and digital revenue generation for SupplySide-branded products
  • Lead SupplySide sales culture through Informa’s Guiding Principles
  • Collaborate with SVP, EVP and Senior Finance Director to set revenue targets and KPIs
  • Own the process of total territory management and individual sales quotas
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

  • 10+ years in/around high-performing sales teams
  • 5+ years in managing and developing sales teams
  • Proven ability to build and implement strategic team and territory plans
  • 5+ years with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends in natural and organic CPG
  • Successful analysis of sales data and market trends
  • High energy and passion for the business
  • Willingness to travel extensively (20-25% of time)
