Informa TechTarget is seeking a Process Operations Associate to support various marketing campaigns and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and projects.
• Ensure campaign fulfillment requirements are met.
• Monitor daily queues and perform quality assurance checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience with platforms like Qualtrics, Zendesk, Salesforce is a plus.
