Overview

As the Financial Performance Measurement Analyst II, you will provide high-quality service to clients, maximizing the value of our product within their organization, while managing data collection and performance reporting.

In Short

• Accountable for client renewal and maximizing service value.
• Responsible for collection and reconciliation of client performance data.
• Processes, reviews, and delivers client reports.
• Manages multiple tasks and client relationships.
• Conducts proactive outreach to clients.
• Produces and reviews periodic performance reports.
• Interacts with clients to discuss performance results.
• Acts as the primary conduit between IIS and clients.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• May involve night or weekend work.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, financial markets, and investment vehicles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High capacity for multi-tasking and issue management.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience working in a team setting.
