In Short

• Support the Technology team through communication and coordination with other business units.
• Assist Engineering Leadership in budget analysis and forecasting.
• Deliver engineering-wide tools and performance metrics.
• Manage resource allocation across teams.
• Facilitate contractor onboarding and training.
• Build and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to the evolution of internal processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in operations management or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial analysis and building financial models.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of process design and documentation.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Databricks is a plus.
