Overview

We’re seeking a Contract Instructional Designer to help transform how learning is created and delivered. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders to design innovative digital learning solutions that integrate AI-generated content and align with cutting-edge instructional practices.

• Design instructional content and eLearning assets using AI-generated material
• Write scripts and develop storyboards for multimedia-rich learning experiences
• Collaborate with SMEs and tech teams for content alignment
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Design assessments to reinforce learning
• Lead stakeholder walkthroughs and revise content based on feedback
• Apply storytelling principles and instructional design best practices
• Ensure final outputs are accessible and visually engaging

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing learning solutions
• Experience with AI content generation tools
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in US English
• Background in creating curriculum across digital formats
• Ability to QA and edit content for clarity and integrity
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with AI-powered video/multimedia tools a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
