Overview

The Instructional Designer will create innovative and effective training materials for clients, contributing to their implementation journey and enhancing their experience with SpryPoint's software solutions.

• Creating exciting and effective training for clients
• Contributing to the implementation journey of clients
• Reworking technical documents into training materials
• Assisting with onboarding content for new team members
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for e-learning initiatives
• Working remotely with occasional travel throughout North America
• Collaborating with product development, UI, and service delivery teams
• Utilizing Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote
• 2+ years of experience in creating training materials
• Certificate in instructional design or related field

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design
• Certificate/Diploma in instructional design or related field
• Experience with Adobe products and e-learning tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in lifelong learning
• Preferred experience in the utility sector or SaaS
