Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Influ2, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals. Impeccable relational skills and readiness to create win/win environments for all parties you work with will drive your success in this role.

In Short

  • Be the voice of the customer, maximizing satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with customers.
  • Translate complex ideas into actionable steps for different audiences.
  • Identify critical insights by analyzing customer data.
  • Demonstrate technical aptitude, becoming a product expert.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage multiple accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
  • Participate in on-site customer visits for relationship building.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Experience with retention metrics and forecasting.
  • Proven experience supporting US-based customers.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools and CRM platforms.
