Overview

The Head of Technology will lead the development of an AI-powered IT automation platform, focusing on building intelligent systems that enhance IT operations.

In Short

• Architect and build the AI and automation backbone of the company.
• Deploy, evaluate, and monitor ML/LLM systems in production.
• Partner with product and operations to translate customer pain points into intelligent systems.
• Build and lead a small technical team as the platform scales.
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture: service orchestration, observability, and AI/ML pipelines.
• Build, train, and deploy AI agents that automate IT workflows.
• Lead development of scalable backend systems on AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years with ML systems in production.
• Expertise in Python and experience with backend frameworks.
• Experience deploying models on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration or multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong foundation in observability and production reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale small teams.
