Head of Technology - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Technology with experience leading software development teams. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will oversee all aspects of itopia's technology and product architecture ensuring scalable delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Strong background in modern backend and frontend development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English (B2 minimum).
