Requirements

• 5+ years owning talent strategy and hiring in a fast-scaling company or venture environment.
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner and hands-on executor.
• Strong track record hiring for early-stage technical and executive roles.
• Experience designing or upgrading talent workflows and tools (especially with Ashby).
• Exceptional judgment, EQ, and communication skills.
