Head of Talent - Remote

Overview

As Head of Talent at Twelve Labs, you’ll take full ownership of our recruiting function, splitting your time between leadership and hands-on recruitment. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable processes, overseeing tools and systems, and driving strategic initiatives such as employer branding, talent strategy, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with international recruiting.
• Strong track record of scaling recruiting functions.
• Exceptional data literacy.
