Overview

The Customer Success Trainer will lead training sessions for users of the InEvent platform, ensuring proficiency and providing support throughout the certification process.

In Short

  • Lead online and in-person training sessions for various user groups.

  • Support partners during the certification process.

  • Work flexible hours from 9 PM to 5 AM ET.

  • Outstanding communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company is preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience in delivering training or live customer support.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Flexibility to manage multicultural customers.
  • Resilience in a startup environment.
