Overview

The Customer Success Trainer at Toast will organize and lead training programs for new hires and existing employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and ongoing employee development.
  • Travel nationally and internationally to provide in-person support as needed.
  • Coordinate with program managers to manage training initiatives.
  • Create and execute training agendas and materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Update enablement resources for easy access to training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet training objectives.
  • Support additional enablement projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of training and facilitation experience.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for training delivery.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills with a track record of delivering effective learning solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Expertise in learning design methodologies and common learning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess learning opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Passionate about enhancing the learner experience.
