Senior Wealth Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

Inetum Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in Wealth Management and Banking to join our global team. In this role, you will work closely with the Functional Lead, UX Designer, and QA Specialist to ensure business needs are accurately defined and translated into product requirements.

In Short

• Identify, define, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with stakeholders from different markets.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Ensure integration of regulatory and compliance requirements into the product.
• Develop user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business, UX, and development teams to ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure user experience meets business expectations.
• Support the QA team in defining test cases and executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate solutions before launch to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Wealth Management and Banking.
• Knowledge of business processes, regulations, and financial products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling software.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
