Wealth Management Legal Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are hiring mid to senior lawyers with relevant experience to join us as Wealth Management Legal Consultants and provide long term support to our global F100 clients.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance and support to the Private Bank & Wealth Management division.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to manage risks.
• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents for compliance.
• Provide support in legal proceedings related to Private Bank & Wealth Management activities.
• Create and deliver training programs on legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with various business units to provide seamless legal support.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6-12(+) years PQE at a large financial services firm or reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge and experience in wealth management and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage legal risks and ensure compliance.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
