Senior Warehouse Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business process, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals. This position relies on a strong grasp of the entire supply chain and different solutions for both basic and advanced warehousing.

In Short

• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned to business objectives.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluates business processes against its functionality.
• Follows Arbela Agile Implementation methodology and improves documentation quality.
• Utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack effectively.
• Documents business requirements and customizes Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Facilitates decision-making for modifications/customizations and develops functional design documents.
• Conducts acceptance testing and trains customer resources.
• Plans and oversees execution of CRPs, Program Increments, and UATs.
• Provides structured support to customers and contributes to knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to implement Warehouse Management solutions.
• Experience configuring and implementing D365 Warehouse mobile app.
• Ability to create solutions for various warehouse processes.
• Experience leading junior consultants and client teams.
• General understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
