Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, enhancing your problem-solving, collaboration, and technical skills.

In Short

  • Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools.
  • Develop technical proficiency through training.
  • Identify product defects and provide feedback to improve Microsoft products.
  • 3+ years of technical support or IT experience required.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra and O365 is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with M365 Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of Access Management technologies like MFA and SSO.
  • Good level of English required.
  • Remote or hybrid workplace type.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and O365 Synchronization.
  • Experience administrating M365 resources.
  • Knowledge of HTTP debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting Entra ID and ADFS issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
  • Independent user level of English.
