Delivery Manager - ServiceNow - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects and leading teams.

In Short

• Lead the ServiceNow team to ensure project delivery on time and to established quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate implementation and maintenance activities of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manage team resources, including workforce planning, training, and professional development.
• Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor key performance indicators to measure project and team success.
• Identify opportunities for process and practice improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects and leading teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and best implementation practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and business partners.
• Experience in budget management and resource planning.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
• ServiceNow certification is a plus.
