Overview

The Quality Assurance Assistant provides daily support in the management of training files and other administrative tasks related to the quality systems and third-party audits/inspections.

In Short

Manage training files of employees and GxP consultants.
Perform regular follow-ups for corporate training compliance.
Schedule corporate and departmental training.
Assist in planning and setup of third-party audits.
Prepare documents supporting quality systems aspects.
Help organize departmental documentation.
Support requests during audits and inspections.

Requirements

Minimum education: High-school diploma.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Previous experience in the pharma or research industry is an asset.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, autonomous, and meticulous.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment and multi-task.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
English, written and spoken.
