Overview

Projects Managers are crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Indero. They are the main point of contact internally as well as externally, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and as expected.

Great project managers go further than creating project plans and following up on tasks. They show leadership to help project teams focus on objectives and deliver results.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for the Sponsor
• Oversee project deliverables including study plans and reports
• Ensure quality and compliance of clinical trial deliverables
• Control project budget and timelines
• Lead project teams and ensure adequate training
• Participate in the planning and conduct of the Investigator’s Meeting
• Manage risk and quality assurance audits
• Communicate effectively with study team members
• Identify out of scope activities for change orders
• Work in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years leading multi-center clinical trials
• Experience managing budgets over $3M USD
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of FDA regulations
