Overview

The Project Manager is crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Indero, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time and on budget.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor.
• Oversee project deliverables such as study plans and clinical study reports.
• Ensure studies are audit-ready and monitor quality of deliverables.
• Control project budget and timelines, managing resources effectively.
• Lead the core project team and ensure adequate training.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on growth.
• Participate in the planning and conduct of Investigator's Meetings.
• Manage risk and control measures to assure project quality.
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of industry experience leading multi-center clinical trials.
• Experience managing dermatology trials.
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Good knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Experience with budget management exceeding $3M USD.
• Ability to establish good relationships with colleagues and sponsors.
