Overview

The Manager, Proposals and Contracts is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the Proposal and Contracts Manager (PCM) team, ensuring deliverables meet client RFP specifications and Indero’s standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical research.
• Experience with Clear Trial costing tool.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of clinical practices and regulations.
