Proposal and Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

The Proposal and Contract Manager manages all phases of the proposal development process in response to requests for proposals (RFP) from Innovaderm’s clients, as well as all contractual aspects of a project lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead the request for proposal (RFP) response activities.
• Analyze opportunities based on information from the business development group.
• Prepare financial estimates and finalize proposal budgets.
• Consult with the broader team for strategy and content.
• Prepare Start-up agreements upon project award.
• Manage out of scope estimates and prepare change orders.
• Propose improvements on proposal and contract processes.
• Produce high-caliber, well-structured written products.
• Provide status updates to leadership on assignments.
• Collaborate in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Science or Business.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical research.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Bid grids.
• Excellent command of English grammar and communication skills.
• Strong mastery of Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of good clinical practices and FDA regulations.
