Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of cohort analysis and performance attribution.
• Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience mentoring peers.
• Experience in fintech or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud-native environments is a plus.
