Overview

As a Senior Analyst I, you will be key in quantifying and communicating the value of Included Health to our clients. This position plays a crucial role within the Growth & Retention Insights team.

In Short

• Develop tailored reporting packages for business strategy meetings.
• Dive deep into data to answer client-centric performance questions.
• Scale insightful analyses for market delivery.
• Partner with teams to ensure data integration in reporting workflows.
• Use SQL, Python, Looker, and Google Workspace for analysis.
• Collaborate with Client Success team to meet reporting needs.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Document and maintain repeatable processes for future reference.
• Occasional travel to client sites for meetings.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with various types of raw data.
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of the employer-sponsored health space is a plus.
