Included Health is seeking a solutions-oriented Associate General Counsel, Labor, Employment & Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This role is critical to supporting our rapid growth by providing strategic and practical advice on employment-related matters across the organization.

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on all human resources and employment-related matters.
• Counsel senior management on employment and labor law issues.

Requirements

• A J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law.
• 8+ years of legal experience focused on employment counseling and litigation.
• Deep expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong litigation management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver clear legal advice to senior leadership.
• Experience managing external counsel and legal staff.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
