In Short

• Lead and scale the Payments & Core Banking domain.
• Act as the technical owner for systems managing money.
• Design scalable backend systems using TypeScript and Go.
• Lead a team of up to 5 backend engineers.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and/or Go.
• Experience architecting scalable, distributed systems.
• Background in building financial systems.
• Deep understanding of concurrency and failure handling.
• Strong mentoring and code review skills.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
