Overview

Improvado is seeking an experienced IT Automation Engineer to enhance internal workflows and build integrations across business systems while leveraging AI technologies.

In Short

Design and maintain automated workflows using AI and low-code platforms.
Create integrations between tools like Google Workspace and Jira.
Develop AI-powered internal agents.
Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
Support InfoSec operations and manage access controls.
Monitor system performance of automated processes.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in IT automation and scripting.
Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience with API integrations and SaaS tools.
Familiarity with automation concepts and AI toolchains.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication skills.
