Overview

Wealthsimple is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automations and integrations across various SaaS products, supporting key functions within the organization.

In Short

Manage system integrations and data flows between business applications.
Lead development of custom solutions based on business needs.
Develop custom applications and automations.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
Maintain APIs and middleware solutions.
Act as primary contact for system integration issues.
Use a ticketing system for issue tracking and support.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for data integrity.

Continuously improve skills and adapt to new challenges.

Requirements

Expertise in system integration technologies (Workato, Zapier, Boomi).
Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python).
Experience with ERP, HRIS, and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with data architecture and governance.
Problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Adaptable and willing to assist team members.
